ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We are open for business 24/7 when ordering online. We also employ a staff of customer service representatives who are available to answer your questions and assist you with orders Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 18:00 pm Central European Time, excluding national holidays. We accept all major credit cards for payment, as well as payments with PayPal. We also accept bank transfer payments, but the goods will not ship until transaction is completed. If you have any problems using your credit card to complete an order, please call our customer service department at +385 91 533 8233 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We sell a number of products where weight can vary slightly. Those are items like cheese and cured meat. Any such product is charged by the stated price no matter for actual weight. We do our best to provide items as close to the weight range. All variations are less than 3%.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
When placing your order, we will be authorizing your credit card based on the total stated amount in your order summary. Total amount will also include packaging costs and shipping costs to the selected shipping address.
When paying on our web shop, we provide 3 ways of payment:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit card payment
If Bank transfer payment option has been chosen on order checkout page, after checkout, please contact Us on email: email@example.com in order to proceed with the payment. Upon contacting Us, we will provide payment information and instructions. Items will not ship out until the payment is received.
If PayPal payment option has been chosen on order checkout page, we charge Your PayPal account with the total amount for items and shipping. For PayPal terms and conditions, please visit paypal.com
If Credit card payment option has been chosen on order checkout page, we offer You choice of payment with American Express®, MasterCard®, Maestro® i Visa credit/debit cards.
Payment and authorization of credit/debit cards is implemented trough T-Com PayWay system. T-Com PayWay system automatically sends message regarding authorization of Your credit/debit card for total amount to Your email provided in the order details. Please note that at this point of time, Your credit card is still not charged for the given amount. Possible charge is only reserved at that time. Amount will be charged when our staff confirms that all ordered merchandise is ready for delivery. If all the items are not available, we will contact You with options on how to proceed (Substitute item, delete item, hold). CREDIT CARD INSTALLMENT OPTIONS FOR CROATIAN CUSTOMERS:
Maestro, MasterCard , Visa card of Zagrebačka Banka: one time payment
Master Card and Visa of Zagrebačka Banke credit cards: 2-12 installments without interest or fees (minimum order amount 500,00 HRK)
American Express one-time payment or 2 do 6 installments (minimum installment amount 100,00 HRK)
Maestro, MasterCard, Visa of Privredna Banka: one time payment
Note: minimum amount for installment payment is from 200 to 500 HRK depending on the card type and card issuer.
WHERE WE DELIVER
Orders placed on shop-crop.com are dispatched from our warehouse in Croatia and can be delivered Worldwide.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the next business week. During peak and holiday season it may take up to 4 business days to process and ship out your order.
A tracking number is provided with orders where applicable.
Shipping time and pricing varies by country and package weight. Depending on the country of shipping, a customer has a choice to choose one or more shipping carriers. Your order will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to proceed.
We do not deliver to BFPO addresses or postal boxes. For more remote locations, please allow a little longer for delivery.
Shipping time and pricing varies by country and package weight. Average shipping time is expressed in working days. Order processing days are not included in shipping times expressed below. For more information regarding shipping times, please refer to our shipping partners websites:

Shipping price depends on chosen items in shopping cart and the shipping carrier company and service chosen at the order checkout page. Package cost is included in shipping price. Shipping prices will be displayed immediately at the same page (order checkout page).
IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES, LOCAL SALES TAXES
Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the prices listed on our website (only VAT is included in the price on the website). Please note that the buyer is responsible for all international duties, taxes and customs clearance fees incurred during shipping from Croatia to destination country and address. The buyer is also responsible in case of additional local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to. Unfortunately, Crop-Shop.com has no control over these charges. Please consult with your local customs agency to find out more information regarding the amount of duties, taxes, or fees you may have to pay.
Some countries do not allow shipping certain type of goods (such as alcohol or meat products) via mail or courier service. Buyer is responsible for order and required to check import regulations, rules and conditions regarding forbidden items with local customs office before ordering. Failure to do so can result in goods confiscation by customs or additional charges, fees and penalties. Crop-Shop.com does not take responsibility for such outcomes of issued orders.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
We regularly update our site so it shows the current availability of items. However, as we do also service wholesale customers who can make large purchases at times, sometimes we may run out of stock of an item. During the checkout process, on the Shipping Information page, we provide you with 3 options of how you would like us to handle your order in the event that an item is out of stock. In case of out-of-stock item, we will email You and provide the options of:
SUBSTITUTE – we will select a similar item from our inventory to replace the missing item, assuming a similar item is available. Please note that by accepting this option you are also agreeing to accept what we send as a replacement. Although this option does mean your order will always ship quickly, if you are really only wanting what you’ve ordered, please don’t select this option.
DELETE – delete any out-of-stock items and ship the remaining items. Your order will then be credited for any out-of-stock items.
HOLD – we will hold the order until all items are available. We will update you with an ETA on missing products once we are aware. Most out of stock items we can typically acquire within 1 week, however at times there can be manufacturing shortages or other delays out of our control which could delay the order further.
FRAUD AND THEFT ACTIONS
We take a very active approach to combating fraud and theft, both with orders placed for our products and keeping your information safe and secure. It is a violation of law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid or stolen credit card. We will take all steps possible to prosecute all people placing fraudulent orders to the fullest extent of the law possible. If we deem any order as a potential for fraud, we may require additional information to confirm the validity of your order, including a picture of the credit card used along with a valid government issued identification.
We take equal steps to ensure that when you order with us your information is protected and secure. We employ advanced encryption methods and use SSL technology to ensure that any information you submit to us is safe and secure. We work with secure and reliable third party companies that provide secure and robust methods for online payment.
YOUR INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY

In the course of doing business with us either by shopping on our website, you will willingly provide us with some personal information, such as your name, address, contact information and shopping choices. By providing this information to us, you authorize us to store this information, use it to complete the fulfillment of your order, use it to provide suggestions to make your shopping experience better, and for following up with communications regarding your order. We may also use this information for future marketing to you. At times we work with other third-party companies and we may share information about you with them, such as with HPexpress and GLS to complete the fulfillment of your order, or with companies in a cooperative marketing effort.

Any credit card information you provide to us for completing your order is never shared with anyone and is only ever used to complete an order transaction. If you only wish to have your information used by us and for the fulfillment of your order and not shared with any third-party companies, simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECURITY
For safe payment authorization on our web site, we use services from our T-Com partner and their PayWay online payment system which provides secure fulfillment of internet transactions for credit cards. Any payment made through our pages are executed through 128-bit SSL encryption and MD5 algorithm.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
We may use third party advertising companies to serve ads (e.g., banners or links) on its behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is anonymous.
SOCIAL MEDIA LOGIN INFORMATION
You have the option to setup an account or checkout using your social media account including Facebook and Twitter. Using these social media apps with our store is purely optional and not required to shop with us. If you use them, we will request for to have certain information from your social media account shared with our store to allow you to easily checkout and setup an account.

ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION/ EXCHANGE/ RETURN
ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
We will honor all order cancellation and modification requests as much as possible. However, we do pack many orders a day, and if your order has already been packed it may be impossible to cancel or modify it simply because it can be one box out of hundreds shipping out and we might not be able to find it. During November and December simply due to the sheer volume of holiday orders, we are not able to cancel or modify orders once they are placed.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their product from this website. Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that your order has met your expectations.
When you receive your items, we would like to ask You to take some time to check the the items. Even with utmost care taken on packaging, items damage can occur during the transport. Under damage we consider following: broken items or item packaging, chemical damage to items or packaging due to improper transport. Crop-Shop.com cannot control those. Please contact courier company stated on the package.
Please note that products must be returned to our warehouse in Croatia (from where they are shipped). Once we receive the items, we will refund money. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
Please allow 5-15 working days from the date we receive the goods for your item to be sent in exchange or for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be in the same form as the original payment.
We cannot accept returns of any perishable items. We just wouldn’t feel comfortable reselling a perishable food item that hasn’t always been in our control, and we hope you’ll feel comfortable knowing that you’re only ever going to receive products that are always within our control. Many other companies do allow their customers to return perishable food items – that just doesn’t feel “right” to us. Do you want to eat a piece of cheese that was in a stranger’s house for a couple of days? We don’t! We can however accept the return of any non-perishable, canned or packaged food item. If you are looking to make a return, though you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the product to request a return. Any returned merchandise can only be accepted if it is in perfect resalable condition. Note that there will be a 5% or $5 restocking fee, whichever is greater.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We take all measures possible to assure your order is received intact and in proper condition. Sometimes though the route to your house gets a bit more bumpy than anyone can control. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. Do not throw anything out or discard any items, as we may require them to be sent back. The easiest way to help us resolve any defective or damaged merchandise is to take a picture of the item and then email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please then call us at +385 91 533 8233 Depending on the issue, order issues may be resolved with a replacement product being issued, a store credit, a credit to your order, or any other means we feel is appropriate.
Our products are subject to availability due to weather and seasonal variations. We reserve the right to make changes to its pricing to reflect changes in market supply. We pledge to make the customer aware of any changes as soon as it is possible.
