Stella Mediterranea Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In the rugged Dalmatian valleys Klis olives are picked by hand and immediately processed in a first-class olive oil by cold pressing. This oil contains a minimum percentage of unsaturated fatty acids and it is characterized by its health value and unique taste.
This olive oil is used in the preparation of almost all the group meals and even desserts. In cold buffet is used for fish, meat and vegetable salads and spreads while in hot dishes is unthinkable fried fish in the oven or on the grill without the addition of a few drops of olive oil.
