In rocky dalmatian valleys near Klis, olive fruits are picked by hand and immediately processed into first class olive oil by cold pressing process. Such oil contains minimal amounts of unsaturated fatty acids and it is characterized with high health value and unique flavor. This mild tasting olive oil is used for preparation of almost all types of dishes, even deserts.
