SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed on shop-crop.com are dispatched from our warehouse in Croatia and can be delivered Worldwide.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the next business week. During peak and holiday season it may take up to 4 business days to process and ship out your order.

TRACKING NUMBER

A tracking number is provided with orders where applicable.

DELIVERY

Shipping time and pricing varies by country and package weight. Your order will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to proceed.

We do not deliver to BFPO addresses or postal boxes. For more remote locations, please allow a little longer for delivery.

For chosen items in shopping cart and depending on the shipping carrier company and service chosen at the order checkout page. Package cost is included in shipping price. Shipping prices will be displayed immediately at the same page (order checkout page).

IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES, LOCAL SALES TAXES

Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the prices listed on our website (only Croatian VAT is included in the price on the website). Please note that the buyer is responsible for all international duties, taxes and customs clearance fees incurred during shipping from Croatia to destination country and address. The buyer is also responsible in case of additional local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to. Unfortunately, Crop-Shop.com  has no control over these charges. Please consult with your local customs agency to find out more information regarding the amount of duties, taxes, or fees you may have to pay.

Some countries do not allow shipping certain type of goods (such as alcohol or meat products) via mail or courier service. Buyer is responsible for order and required to check import regulations, rules and conditions regarding forbiden items with local customs office before ordering.
